The Role

The Senior Customer Service Officer, you will lead by example and provide high level of customer service while reflecting on the core values of the organisation. You will also be sitting alongside high performers and will be responsible but not limitied to:

• Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Assisting clients with their request
• Solving complex problems and initiate positive outcomes
• Managing client information in database
• Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Setting an example to the Junior Customer Service Officers

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a team player, proactive and has a 'can-do' attitude, and also possess:

• 3+ years experience in a call centre environment
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service/customer experience
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexible and self-motivated
