About the role

Our client is an industry leader in sustainable product design and development and they are looking for a new member to join their customer service team. Working in a fast-paced environment in Macquarie Park you will be part of a customer service team of five. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day operations of the business. Your duties will include; responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, an outstanding knowledge of the product, accepting and placing orders with high attention to detail, liaising with international and national stakeholders.

What we are looking? 

• 4+ years experience working in a similar customer service role
• Superior communication skills
• Must have worked with ERP systems such as MYOB, SAP or similar
• High-level data entry accuracy
• Willingness to go that extra mile
