Your new role
This is a varied role and the types of calls you will take will vary throughout the year.
- Day-to-day you will provide top quality customer service to enquiries about statements, customer account information, online self-service access, queries about dividend payments, querying calculations and a range of seasonal based enquiries.
- You will take calls from general members of the public through to financial advisers or lawyers and provide them with information over the phone, generating financial statements, as well as providing assistance to more technical/complex queries, which will require you to think on your feet and use a variety of systems to source the information you need.
Full training is provided and your learning will be staggered, starting with the more basic support and adding to your skill set later.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have excellent customer service experience and demonstrate great rapport building and communication skills.
- An interest in the Financial Services Industry is desirable.
- You will be good at time management and have attention to detail.
- You must have the skills to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment whilst striving to meet your KPI\u2019s in a positive, enthusiastic manner.
What you'll get in return
- In return you will work for a reputable company and receive between $50-$55k + Super depending on experience.
- Be flexible to work a roster which ranges from 8am to 8pm but most of the hours will be during 8am to 6pm with late shifts required every 3-4 weeks+.
