Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
- Receive all inbound calls and process customer orders
- Ensure on-time delivery based upon the customer requested delivery dates
- Coordinate credits/returns from Customer sites
- Process all incoming Customer orders
- Document order status in SAP
- Works closely with manufacturing & logistics to troubleshoot processes & makes improvement suggestions
- And much more as requested!!
To secure this role you must have:
- 1 year Customer Service and/or Clerical background
- Previous experience in a fast pace environment with logistics / warehousing / supply chain background, advantageous!
- Previous experience with multiple ERP systems including JDE, SAP or Masterpack, preferred!
- A "Can do Attitude"
- Solution orientated
- Good attention to detail, consistent follow-through and reliable documentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent phone manner
