 You will be working for a large, highly established government organisation that works directly with the people of NSW to provide high quality services such as; security and financial support services.
 
 About the Role:
 
 We are seeking a professional and dedicated team member to deliver courteous, empathetic and efficient customer service to the clientele of the organisation.
 
 Duties:
 
- First point of contact for public enquiries - providing information & transferring calls.
 - Managing difficult callers and providing a high level of customer service.
 - Accessing databases to locate accurate information to relay and updating database.
 - Processing customer applications and data entry.
 
Skills & Experience
 
- Previous customer service experience is highly regarded.
 - Experience in processing high volume of applications, documents and inputting data into systems.
 - An ability to manage difficult customers and diffuse over the phone.
 - IT and computer navigation skills - touch typing, using databases.
 - A high level of resilience and empathy.
