Summary of the position:
Working in a team of 6 customer service representatives within the supply chain team you will be responsible for taking orders from our clients Professional division customers and sales representatives via phone and processing the orders into their system. Duties will include entering orders into the system that have been received via email and/or CRM, tracking of placed customer orders and following up on the status and processing credits.
Requirements:
\u2022 Customer service experience in a call centre/phone based environment
\u2022 SAP experienced preferred but not essential
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Proficient tracking and admin skills to follow up on orders/processing credits
\u2022 Ability to work full time- Monday to Friday
\u2022 Good Excel/Word/Outlook skills
