About Us

We are a service provider of both Mobility and Respiratory Products based in Castle Hill. Due to rapid growth we are seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Call Centre.

This is a key role in our Organisation and you will be responsible for handling new Customer queries as well as providing information about our products and services to existing Customers. We are looking for people who demonstrate a caring attitude and ability to work in a high call volume environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities for this role:

• Treat every call with empathy
• Manage your time effectively in a busy environment
• Think on your feet
• Understanding the complexity of Medical Products

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in a Call Centre environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Be Customer Focused

This is a Full Time position with the hours of work between 8.30am -5.00pm Mon-Fri. If you can demonstrate these attributes then we have a working environment and culture in which you can share in the success of the Company.
