Our client is a start-up business launching in the long-term rental market in the real estate vertical. They are based in Sydney and lead by successful entrepreneurs with proven track records of growing and exciting technology businesses. They're creating the future of housing starting with transforming the $4 billion rental bond market. Their mission is to make renting easier by reimagining the experience, reducing costs and delivering better value.
The Role:
Due to growth they are looking for a passionate customer focused, Customer Experience Representative to join the their team in Sydney. You will be supporting both renters and property manager customers reactively and proactively across multiple digital channels
- Be hands on when required with efficient and delightful frontline support by responding to customer enquiries by email, chat and phone
- Respond to customer support requests through social media
- Onboard property managers by phone and via share screen demonstrations
- Help develop customer support materials (such as knowledge base articles) in line with customer feedback and product improvements
- Help develop the process, system and materials for the Customer Experience Team with support from the Snug management and operations team
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues as escalated
- Ensure timeliness and quality standards are achieve
- KPI development and reporting
The Candidate:
- 2-4 years in experience in customer service frontline
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Property experience is a must and insurance or claims experience an advantage
- Ideally a Bachelor/ Degree, Diploma/ Non Degree Tertiary, ITC/ NTC/ Vocational, School Certificate/ N or O-Level
- Competency with CRM software is required (we use Zendesk)
- Exposure to Trust Accounting is an advantage eg. Rest, Console, PropertyTree
