The Role

As a Customer Service Delivery Specialist you will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries regarding products and services. Your duties will be but not limited to;

• Receiving and managing customer calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner;
• Providing product support and troubleshooting;
• Actioning customer orders and service requests;
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service; and 
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role is a must!
• Previous experience in providing basic ICT support is a must!
• A high level of interest in ICT and technology.
• An exemplary ability to learn new systems and products quickly.
• A high level of computer literacy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Professionally presented.
• Proven ability to quickly problem-solve.
• Proven ability to work effectively inside a team as well as autonomously.
• Great ability to build rapport and create relationships with key stakeholders.
• Great working attitude and mentality.
