The Role
The Graduate Customer Service Representative will be sitting within a dynamic team where you will be surrounded by like-minded colleagues whilst providing a high level of professional services to your clients. You will also be responsible for:

• Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Processing orders as required through different platforms - Phone, E-mail or Web
• Managing client information and details on database
• Maintaining professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhoc tasks as assigned

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be considered with:

• 1+ year experience in customer service/administrative role
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Great at articulating and comfortable in building relationship
• Thrive in a high performing environment
• Self motivated and success driven
