A brilliant opportunity exists in the North West region of Sydney, for a customer focused and engaging individual looking to utilise their B2B Account Management experience building a career closer to home.
A large independent corporate service provider in the North West is now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join a growing team. Recognised as a forward thinking, customer focused business our client is experiencing good growth in this sector.
Reporting to the Relationship Manager, your duties will include:
- Developing and nurturing new and existing commercial relationships
- Maximise profitability through growth and retention
- Communicate and assist with all customer queries in relation to the vehicles lease i.e. assist with all fleet leasing matters to include quotations, purchases and remarketing queries within the agreed timeframe
- Building long term commercial relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor on all of their matters
- Provide advice on all fleet management to include policies, procedures and total costs
- Risk management and making recommendations in relation to any losses incurred or potential customers who may be at risk
- Monthly activity reporting
- Provide superior service aligned with the client’s needs and the organisations business objective
To be successful, you will possess:
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience / sales within a professional business to business capacity
- An interest in automotive and proven experience in B2B Account Management would be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
- Intermediate / advanced Microsoft office skills
- A genuine passion for fleet and the motor vehicle Industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline, not essential although highly regarded
