About the Opportunity

Partnered with our client, we are looking for a customer-oriented and computer-savvy individual looking to kick-start their career with this rare School-Based Traineeship. In this role, you will experience on-the-job training to develop a wide variety of skills in undertaking various administrative support duties, whilst working towards a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months. Your working hours will be from 8.30am-5pm on a day agreed upon by the Host Employer and your school. Based at one of our client’s Toowoomba offices, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent computer skills and a professional attitude to work, with an understanding of maintaining confidentiality in the workplace. You must also have intermediate computer skills and a knowledge of MS Office suite. In addition to these qualities, you must:

Our client is a not-for-profit agency operating across South West Queensland who work with youth to assist them to stay engaged with school, or assist with the transition into work or further study. They provide a range of support services, programs, counselling and career guidance to regional young people, with a focus on developing the required education and employment skills in young people that will lead to an enriched and fulfilling life.
