Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Student Experience, the primary role of the MBA Student Experience Officer is to work with MBA students, academics and industry partners (KMPG, SEEK, Department of Education and others) to deliver a premium student experience and support student success.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Proactive communication with students, industry partners and academics to establish a positive connection and ensure the highest level of engagement
- Proactive engagement with students in relation to their study and progress needs, and updating records to reflect this
- Provide technical and administrative support as needed to students, industry partners and academics in the use of the student portal and various communication tools
- Reporting and communication of student progress (individual assessments and industry projects)
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Ducere courses
- Maintain understanding of course, admission and enrolment related policies and procedures
- Manage student information and maintain up-to-date records; logging interactions through established processes
- Contribute to MBA program improvement strategies and efficiency of every day processes
