The College has a vacancy for a Health and Physical Education Officer, commencing ASAP and concluding 5 December 2018. This is a term-time, fixed-term position..

Duties involve setting up equipment for Health and Physical Education lessons. This position is a Level 4, term-time position, for 2 days/week (15.2 hours/week Thursday and Fridays) at $29.20 per/hr.

The ideal applicant will have:

• A commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College
• Recent experience of a school context
• Good computer skills
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• The ability to be flexible
• Familiarity with a range of equipment used in Health and Physical Education
• Capacity to do some heavy lifting of sports equipment
• Certificate IV in Fitness or an associated field (essential)
• Bus licence is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
