The Role:

Frontier Networks is seeking to appoint an inspiring, strategic and suitably experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a diverse and rewarding role. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for financial and management accounting, business management and for building key business capabilities. This role requires a solution and people orientated professional who is comfortable operating at all levels of the business to ensure key objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Quarterly and annual financial planning and budgets
• Preparation of board reports and financial statements
• Financial management (accounts, payroll, tax)
• Business analysis (product profitability, pricing and margin, etc)
• Cash flow forecasting and management
• Office management (suppliers, landlords, etc)
• HR (contracts, inductions, OH&S compliance) 
• Lead the adoption of cloud-based best practice bus management

The Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Commerce, Business or the like
• CA or CPA awarded highly regarded
• Significant experience operating in the same or similar position within a telecommunication provider or similar
• Thrive in a hands on leadership role to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead and manage a team to ensure business operates seamlessly
• Proven ability to operate at a fast pace in an ever changing environment
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisation capabilities
• Solution oriented and results driven
