Design & Construct are partnering with an industry leading Commercial / Insurance & Remedial head-contractor based on the North side of Brisbane.

This organisation works on a range of rebuild / refurbishment projects across both the commercial and residential sectors, ranging from $50k - $8mil.

Regarding the roofing side of the business, they work on a range of projects from schools to commercial projects across Queensland\u2019s East Coast

The Role

We are looking for a switch on, motivated induvial to come on board and help drive this arm of the business. You will be managing and mentoring 4 supervisors and expected to help quote and manage P/L\u2019s - coupled with implementing systems and processes.

Once this arm is more established, Estimators and additional staff will be hired as required, allowing the successful candidate to step back into more of a Business Unit Managers role.

Additional points;

• Potential of bonuses based on performance
• Industry relevant software experience will be highly regarded
• Commercial/Large Residential roofing experience is essential
• Strong operational acumen
