The Role:
Care Manager position, you will manage the overall clinical care for the aged care facility and ensure that the highest level of care and customer service is being provided to the residents. This is a medium sized aged care facility with plenty of support from the Facility Manager, Care Staff Team and specialists at the home.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified registered nurse with AHPRA registration
- You will have 2+ years experience in a similar position within Australia
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of accreditation, the aged care standards and the aged care legislation
- Australia resident or citizen
