About the position

We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Home Care Advisor to further develop and grow our Home Care Package business in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Whilst we are well established in Brisbane particularly with the veteran population we have clients as far north as Caloundra.

Location: Birkdale

Hours: Full time

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a similar role essential
• Sound knowledge of home care sector and standards
• Tertiary qualifications in community, health or other relevant discipline
• Second language highly regarded

Skills

• Excellent customer service 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for detail, thoroughness in completing tasks
• Flexibility in handling multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, key industry personnel, Support Workers, Service providers and Clients.
