We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a savvy Account Manager to join our small but mighty Brisbane team.

Our team are at the cornerstone of the business, we run a slick operation and we’re committed to providing our clients with the most innovative advertising solutions by bringing their experiences to life.

The Opportunity

Reporting direct to the Sales Director, you will have an unquenchable desire to get things done. You will be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a sales environment and is excited to build and support new & existing business through selling cinema advertising to your media patch.

Your next challenge:

• Sell all products and services in relation to Val Morgan cinema package offerings
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Director and team to develop campaign solutions, both to proactive sales pitches and market briefs
• Create sales opportunities to maximise sales with media agencies
• Meet and exceed sales budgets by making significant calls, meetings and quotes
• Partner with a small client base, look for easy wins and focus on growing new business
• Manage effective conversion of pipeline opportunities
• Understand our USP, buying models, benefits and our cinema advertising packages
• Profile accounts by researching, gathering client information, identifying key players, gaps and generate interest around venue hires & functions
• Enter and maintain accurate client and sales data into our internal systems and ensure internal stakeholders are kept up to date through effective campaign management
• To back up and deliver what you have promised and create a unique partnership with clients
• Immerse yourself in the industry by attending networking events, distributor screenings and social commitments with clients

Who are we looking for?

No wallflower, you are already an experienced Account Manager with an established network within the Brisbane media landscape.

You are results driven, a hunter, top performer and progressive thinker with outstanding communication skills. You are highly tenacious, focused, has creative flair, a passion for the industry & sales with excellent networking skills.
