Working for residential builder, your days will never be dull.  The role ranges from inputting data into HIA contracts, for new homes, to administrating those contracts through the pre-build and build phase.  This role involves a lot of client interaction and you will get to know your clients through the building process until they have the home of their dreams.  Its a rewarding and challenging role.  One day you will be discussing their bathroom fittings and then you may have to tell them they can't have what they want - but it's all part of the relationship!

Reporting to the owner, but working closely with the construction coordinators, and project manager, this role is multifaceted, it includes:

This role requires you to be proactive and work through solutions with clients that are win-win.  It will suit a candidate that has a mature mindset who has experience with clients from all walks of life.

On the organisational side, take a proactive part in developing systems and procedures to help get to best practice.

The workday is between 8am and 4.30pm, but can be flexible for the right candidate.  The role is paying $55K plus super.
