Canossa Services is a 200+ bed facility located in Oxley - we are seeking applications from experienced Chefs or Very experienced Cooks to work in our busy Healthcare kitchen located at Oxley.

You will work as a member of a small, professional team who care about what they do and who care about what we provide for our residents & patients

Our earliest shifts commence at 6.15 am and our latest finishes are at 6.30pm.  You need to be available to work regular weekends.

To be considered, applicants must meet the  following requirements:

• Minimum of certificate 3 in Commercial cookery - with hands-on experience in Healthcare or Aged care.
• Understanding of special dietary requirements - texture modified foods & allergies.
• You must have a minimum of 1 year post apprenticeship experience - ideally in a Healthcare Kitchen environment
• Proven ability to work as a member of a small team  in a fast paced environment.
• Be well presented and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
• Have your own reliable transport
• Provide us with 2 work-related checkable references
• Provide us with a National Police clearance which has no disclosable outcomes 

plus we offer;
