As an experienced Lifestyle Assistant, you will assist in the resident assessment process and be responsible for ensuring the skilled delivery of the highest quality individualised care for the Residents.

Located at our facility in Birkdale, this is a\xa0permanent part time\xa0position, working a minimum of\xa02 days per week, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts as required.

Hours are;

Week 1

• Thursday \u2013 11:30am-6:00pm
• Saturday \u2013 12:00pm-6:30pm
• Sunday \u2013 12:00pm-6:30pm

Week 2

• Thursday \u2013 10:00am-2:30pm
• Sunday \u2013 12:00pm-6:30pm

The empathy required to deliver the highest levels of care should be combined with knowledge of Allied Health/Human movement, WH&S and prior experience in Aged Care/ Dementia.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assessments of each resident, and programs relevant to the residents needs
• Documentation of participant interest and progress with leisure activities
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents, representatives and staff members
• Work within your team to deliver the highest standards of care and interaction outcomes for the Residents
• Comply with occupational health and safety requirements

Strong PC skills / computer literacy\xa0are essential. A First Aid/CPR certificate and current police check must be provided upon employment.
