They have a strong focus on client relationships and the majority of their work comes from repeat business.
As a result of growth, they are now seeking a driven Commercial Manager to lead the company's delivery team.
About the role

As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for identification and development of business opportunities and the profitable management of projects and contracts, from inception to completion. You will manage the process and implement a new software roll out within 12 months.

Along with leading the delivery team you will also oversee:

• Issuing variations
• Creating subcontract agreements
• Creating purchase orders
• EOM reports
• financial aspects of projects
• Administering construction contracts

Projects include:

• aged care refurbishment projects
• large floor plate office projects
• high end hospitality projects

About you

• Proven Contract Administration/Commercial Manager experience with impeccable references
• Ability and motivation to implement new software and roll out company wide
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• High attention to detail and time management
• Have an entrepreneurial approach to work
