They specialise in the manufacturing of cosmetic products, detergents and more! Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team based in Seven Hills.

Key Responsibilities


\u2022 Receive and process orders using SAP
\u2022 Manage backorders and exceptions
\u2022 Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships
\u2022 Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions
\u2022 Manage consignment process
\u2022 Generating business unit specific reports
\u2022 Collaborate with key stakeholders for conflict resolution


Key Attributes


\u2022 5 - 10 years customer service experience ( Inbound )
\u2022 Tertiary qualification preferred
\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills
\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
\u2022 SAP experience is preferred, however not essential
\u2022 Attention to detail
\u2022 A \u2018can - do\u2019 attitude
\u2022 Strong problem - solving skills
\u2022 Operational orientated
