This highly reputable company has a great opportunity for a proven Customer Service Team Leader. You will be joining a stable and loyal team and ultimately maximising the quality of service to customers. The successful candidate will be leading a large National team and will be in charge of the co-ordination for the department; focusing on improving efficiencies and enhancing customer experience.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided through Quality Assurance measures
- Continuous mentoring, coaching and motivation of staff members to improve personal development
- Keeping the staff up to date on IT changes, rollouts and developments
- Evaluating business practices, providing training and creating initiatives to improve work effectiveness
- Maintain and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Report on targets and progress to management and present to Management
- Liaising with customers, suppliers & various teams in order to deliver customer satisfaction
- Review existing processes and look for opportunities to improve
What we need from you
- Strong Customer Service/Call Centre experience - Team Leader/Supervisor essential
- Strong people management experience, the ability to manage a flexible working environment and ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded
- Proven experience in improving business efficiencies and driving a team
- Ability to engage both staff and clients
- Drive processes and procedures
- Excellent presentation skills and a high level of professionalism
