Our globally recognised company now has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer service focussed Customer Service Consultant to join our national inbound customer service centre team, working within our Corporate Office located in Dandenong.

What\u2019s involved?
This critical role is the first point of contact for our prospective customers, so the provision of exceptional customer service is essential. The role is fast paced and would suit someone who holds previous experience in providing corporate level customer service and managing end to end processes within a contact/customer service centre. Your primary responsibility is customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, securing of pre-move inspections, quotations and follow up to the point of closing the sale.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and diligent individual with excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and is thorough in their work delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and an ability to thrive in a busy team environment are essential requirements for success in this role.
