Market leading servicing business based in Blacktown is seeking an immediately available Customer Service Representative to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis to commence immediately!
The Position
Working in a close-knit team, as the Call Centre Representative you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage high volume of incoming calls, around 100+ phone calls per day
 - Handle enquiries regarding services, schedules, bookings, accounts etc.
 - Order processing received via phone, fax and emails
 - Handle customer complaints
 - Providing administration support to the sales team
 
The Candidate
- Extensive Customer Service Representative experience working within a high volume call centre environment
 - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 - Professional approach to work
 - Fast and accurate typing speed, excellent attention to detail
 - Excellent organisational and time management skills
 - Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
