Looking for 1 x customer service expert to join this government department on a 3 month part time temporary assignment located in Bairnsdale

Due to a change in regulations this role requires you work on a part time basis for 3 months in an interactive face to face customer service role.

Your new role

• Engage and educate customers on the organisation's new online app
• Get customers to sign up so they can manage their accounts online themselves
• Work 4 hours a day 10am - 2pm
• 3 month temporary contract starting immediately

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service experience
• Bubbly and friendly personality, not afraid to talk to people
• Be tech savvy and have a good working knowledge of ipads and understanding of Apps
• Must be a permanent resident
