CSG Talent has been exclusively engaged to recruit a critical position for our client in the glass and foil packaging space. This is a vacancy with a number of different operational responsibilities and verticals including processing orders, engaging with customers and resource planning.

What is expected from you?

• Customer focused activity
• Responding to customer enquiries \u2013 ensuring deliveries are on time and accurate
• Overseeing timely & efficient importation of goods
• Placing/Managing Orders with overseas suppliers
• Handling inbound customer sales/order enquiries
• Inside sales calls to customers
• Planning forward stock requirements
• Reconciling Shipments/ Stock

What are we looking at from you?

• Experience in Importing and/or Logistics
• A personable and friendly demeanour
• The ability to plan in advance
• Customer service experience and orientation
• Exemplary communication skills
• High level of academic achievement
• Prior experience with ERP System e.g. SAP, Netsuite, Ostendo
• Somewhat tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems
• MS Office competency
