 Architectural Designer Products (ADP) specialise in the manufacturing of bathroom furniture. Established in 2001 as a family run business, ADP have built a reputation on innovative, high quality and distinctive designs. ADP have experienced sensational growth, almost doubling their workforce over the past year and hence, are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM COORDINATOR to join our team and lead our sales customer service team.
 THE ROLE
 ADP is seeking a hard working and motivated professional to join our supportive and ethical team, based in ADP's factory in Unanderra, NSW. This is a full - time, permanent opportunity. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
 Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  - Mentor and manage the internal sales customer service team in a charismatic and motivational manner
  - Provide all round support to the internal sales team
  - Organise regular team meetings to coordinate the teams productivity and measure time management success
  - Lead in\u2013house information sessions and workshops to help develop the skills of the sales team
  - Directly report to and work closely with the Financial Controller to achieve set KPI targets at planned intervals
  - Create a culture of innovation to encourage new improvement methods to streamline the sales process and enhance efficiency
  - Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on team objectives and other ad-hoc reports to measure the sales performance
  - Confidently present evidenced sales information during executive meetings
  - Continuously work with the production team and various other departments to improve service delivery, as per customer expectations
  - Keep up to date with ADP's customer service obligations and product information
  - Support customer service requests and oversee the delegation and resolution of difficult complaint queries
  - Assist in the preparation of sales / warranties / credits, prepare quotes and check the accuracy of job sheets, as required
  - Assist with any hoc related duties including answering the phones, data entry, reception support, etc
  - Provide support in the preparation of customer quotations in a timely manner
 
 YOUR BACKGROUND
  - 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing environment.
  - A proven record in leading a customer service team
  - Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
  - Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills
  - Demonstrated experience in developing relationships with internal stakeholder
  - Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft office suite including Excel
  - A background in accounts and data entry would be advantageous
  - Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
  - Excellent organisation skills complimented by a high attention to detail
  - Ability to act patiently and tactfully in high pressured situations
 
 This is a role that will lead our Customer Service Team to develop strong relationships with the whole of the business.
