About the business and the role
 LIMELIGHT CINEMAS is a young, dynamic cinema company with a philosophy built around a love for movies and food. We're all about making movie going more fun, more engaging and more affordable.
 We're looking for a hospitality superstar to join the team at our North Ipswich location in a full time capacity as our Premium Cinema Front of House Coordinator.
 The Lounge, our premium cinema concept brings together our two loves, food and movies. This position will require a focus on the continual improvement of this offering.
  
 
Responsibilities
 - Ensure Lounge guests have an outstanding experience every time
 - Work closely with the Cinema General Manager and Executive Chef to develop and maintain food and service standards
 - Develop, train and motivate FOH team members
 - Maintain customer service, cleanliness and quality standards
 - Stock control and ordering
 - Running functions and special event screenings
 
  
 
Requirements
 - Minimum 2 year's experience in hospitality front of house operations
 - RMLV or RSA
 - Previous cinema experience whilst not required would put you to the front of the line
 - Excellent time management and communication skills
 - A passion for excellent customer service
 - You must be able to work a 5 day roster including nights, weekends, school holidays and public holidays
 - A love for movies!
