We are seeking a Venue Manager, with strong Hospitality management skills. 

Common Man is open seven days for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The Common Man is a Pub Style Bar / Restaurant / Cafe with a large lawn area, that has constantly changing activations. 

To be success in this role you will need experience in the follow areas:

• Be customer focused and team oriented 
• Have strong leadership traits in order to promote motivation and a positive workplace culture amongst all team members.
• Promote and develop effective communication between all members of kitchen and front of house staff.
• Engage in effective communication with Assistant Managers and Head Chef
• Proven experience in developing appropriate sales activations, promotions to consistently grow sales
• Suaveness and strong knowledge of social media
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have excellent food and beverage product knowledge
• The ability to maintain consistency for fast, friendly & efficient service
• Demonstrate a \'Hands On" management style
• Adhere to an understand the important of local law and compliance
• Have knowledge and experience of how to ensure the smooth running of functions and events
