You’ll be confident and experienced in managing a busy all day casual outlet, and have strong general hospitality knowledge and experience together with a proven ability managing and developing a talented team.
  
These supervisor positions are hands role and you will be responsible for daily shift operations including -

• Team culture, training and shift management
• Outlet presentation
• Stock control and financial performance
• Point of Sale management
• Productivity and team morale
• Liquor licensing compliance  

We are looking for professionals with the following -

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to lead, train and development a team
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Previous experience in high volume coffee operation desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and self motivated
