As Bistro Manager you will be responsible for building and leading the Food & Beverage teams to run the busy dining and function areas. Strong leadership, friendly attitude and comprehensive service are all needed to make it in this role.

• Previous experience in pub/bistro
• Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
• Friendly outgoing personality
