An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative within our Sydney team. We work 3 different shifts between the hours of 8am\u2013 6pm, Monday to Friday. Effective customer casehandling and top-notch customer satisfaction will be a critical success criteria for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers by providing excellent service via phone and email contacts.
- Providing technical troubleshooting support to customers.
- Advocate for customer needs by suggesting customer experience improvements.
- Be a team player in a fun and dynamic workplace.
- Build positive rapport and communicate appropriately with different personality types.
Skills Required:
- Prior customer service experience in a customer service role
- Reliable, punctual and hard working - always willing to go above and beyond for the team.
- A passion for building strong relationships and delivering great service.
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Questioning and listening skills that support effective communication
- Ability to build positive rapport,communicate effectively and control calls
- Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
