The George on Collins, formerly known as the Longroom has an exciting opportunity available. We are looking for charismatic, engaging manager to lead our front of house operation. You must be confident and personable and have the ability to build relationships quickly.

As part of the senior team you will play a vital role within the business. Working closely with the Venue Operations Manager you will be involved in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for all elements of customer service, customer engagement and building a network of contacts who will become loyal customers. We hero old fashioned customer service, you must be a natural at remembering names, customers' favourite drink and where they work. The ideal candidate will already be established within the industry and city with an existing network of contacts. We are looking for someone who has sound industry knowledge and at least three years of managerial experience.
