The Prince of Wales Hotel in Richmond requires the skills and experience of a venue manager with a passion for customer service.

The applicant must be hands on with strong knowledge of gaming and tab.  You must have a gaming licence, rsg1, rsg2, rsa, and tab accreditations. Please do not apply if you do not have these qualifications.

The hotels operates 40 electronic gaming machines and a busy tab. The hotel managers and markets their own gaming machines.

Key responsibilities are a detailed knowledge of gaming including system one, opening procedures, TAB, customer service, good communications skills, staff management and attention to detail.

Experience in hospitality is necessary for the role and a strong knowledge of gaming, TAB, system one and staff management is essential.

Remuneration will be based on experience and suitability.

The role reports to the venue manager.

The venues are operated by a private family company that operates with integrity and transparency.
