MotorOne, Australia's market leading and innovative Car Care Company are currently seeking a top performing Car Care Sales Consultant to join a successful automotive dealership located in Nundah, QLD.

The ideal candidate is looking for a long term career, have immaculate personal presentation and a competitive edge to outperform peers.  Key attributes required to be most successful are tenacity, resilience, independence, drive, enthusiasm and a strong desire to deliver high quality customer service. You should have experience offering Car Care solutions in a dealership environment, or a minimum of 2 years face to face selling experience in the Cosmetics, Hairdressing, Retail Fashion or Furniture Sales industries will also be highly regarded.

If successful, you will be working in a showroom environment where your outstanding customer service and sales skills can be utilised to their full potential.  You will be committed to meeting personal and departmental goals, have a strong ability to multi-task and display an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.  Your ability to negotiate and meet sales KPI's will be well rewarded with uncapped commission. We will support you with ongoing training, mentoring and coaching to help you achieve your goals.  

This position reports to the Senior Management team of the dealership whilst working alongside the Finance and Sales teams.

You must hold a current driver's license and be available to work 5 days a week, including Saturday's.
