With a premium A la Carte menu and an versatile cocktail menu focused on a Chinese European fusion, this is a great role for a hands on venue manager that enjoys running a busy versatile atmosphere and is very focused on guest service and satisfaction.

The Role:
As the venue manager, you will oversee the entire operation, guest service, assisting with financials and budgets, staff training and everything in between reporting to the marketing manager and owner. In this role, the main focus is a smooth and sophisticated service.

Ideal Qualities we seek include:

• Previous experience in higher end, fast paced A la Carte venues
• Great food and wine knowledge, especially European and Chinese varietals
• Above average service knowledge and standards, and the ability to train others to your level
• Good operational knowledge, OH&S, standards of service, etc.
• Are accomplished in working to budgets and increasing average spend
• Above all is a passionate management style that is outgoing, personable and focused
